CONTAINER DESPATCH DRIVER

We have a permanent position (39 hours) within Container Despatch for Despatch Driver, you will be working for all markets assembling orders for our customers. You will be expected to work overtime in the mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays when workloads demand. You will also be required to work in all other departments across the nursery when needed to assist them with high volumes of work.
Areas of responsibilities:
· Lifting orders efficiently and accurately
· Grading for reserves/potting on etc
· Working on GC production line when needed
· Weeding
· Bedding Down
· Training of new staff
· Working responsibly across the nursery
The successful applicant will:
· Have good attention to detail
· Be flexible
· Have good plant knowledge
· Be methodical
· Have good organisational skills
· Be self-motivated
· Be prepared to work additional hours at short notice when volumes of work are high
· Be prepared to work in other departments when workload demands
Full training will be given
