“Valuable skills are gained, as well as invaluable plant and technical knowledge, that can be applied to all aspects of horticulture.”

Our success stories

We currently have eight team members who have graduated from these initiatives into more senior roles. Or are actively working through our schemes.

Carla Nash, voted 2016 Midland Regional Grower’s Apprentice of the Year, successfully completed her apprenticeship with us. She is now our Potting and Resource Supervisor.

Harry Downes graduated from our Trainee Manager Programme in 2021, working through a COVID-19 struck season. He now holds the role of our Propagation Supervisor.

Cian Lynch and Sam Lloyd both passed through our Apprentice Programme in 2021 and now have the positions of Senior Business Support Administrator and Potting Shed Team Leader respectively.

More to come

Josh Pascoe joined us as an apprentice in September 2021.

Julia Germaniuk is working towards completing our Trainee Manager course.
