Job description
Wyevale Nurseries is a plant production nursery selling plants wholesale to trade customers. We have a permanent position as part of our Business Support Team. The main purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the sales team, directors and other departments within the Company.
Full training and guidance will be provided.
Duties include:
• Processing sales quotes and orders
• General Data input
• Supporting the sales team
• Telephone answering and dealing with customer enquiries
• General administration and office duties
• Greeting visitors
• Dealing with, and responding to, high volumes of emails
Skills required:
• IT competent – quick and accurate data search and entry
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Organized
• Motivated and able to use initiative
• Personable and a strong team member
• A keen interest in plants would be desirable (but not essential)
Hours: 39 per week, permanent
