Wyevale Nurseries signs-up for Four Oaks Trade Show

30th January, 2023

We’ll be at Four Oaks Trade Show 2023

We’ve once again signed-up to exhibit at the Four Oaks Trade Show (hyperlink to in Cheshire this September (2023).

We’ve had a stand at the show for more than 10 years and will be showcasing our latest plants at the event on September 5 and 6.

Significant Fixture

Ian Wright, our Commercial Sales Director, says: “We’re delighted to be exhibiting once again at the 2023 Four Oaks Trade Show. It has become a significant and vital fixture in our annual events calendar, especially post-Covid, as we find our customers prefer to meet face-to-face more than ever now.

Showcasing New Plants

“We’ll be on Stand D87/86 and we’ll be showcasing some exciting new plants at the event. It’s brilliant to have the opportunity, through events like this, to meet our customers in person.”

At the 50th anniversary Four Oaks Trade Show last year, we launched an innovative new ivy aimed at commercial landscapers.

New Versatile Ivy

Hedera Algerian Bellecour®, which is non-climbing, versatile ivy that is easy to look after, as it has no arborescent stage.

Andy Johnson, our Managing Director, says: “Hedera Algerian Bellecour® is a wonderful new addition to our range, which is particularly useful to amenity and commercial landscape contractors and architects, as well as consumers, as it doesn’t climb and remains in a juvenile form so requires little to no care.

Great Orders

“It has the ability to green large areas in a carpet of evergreen foliage, is low maintenance and doesn’t climb. So, we’re certain it will be a huge hit with those looking for a commercial landscape solution, as well as garden centres wishing to offer their customers something different that does a great job. It was very well received at the show last year and we’ve had some great orders as a result.”

Displays of plant material form the heart of the show, with plant producers using the platform to launch the next season’s lines. Mature stock and specimen plants from across Europe create showcase displays. Machinery, growing media, sundries, retail products, Christmas ware, services can also be found at Four Oaks.
